Managing Diversity
We have manufacturing operations in nine countries and are extremely proud of our diverse multi-cultural workforce. We are a company that recognises and respects individuals whilst understanding that people are different. By understanding our diversity it enables us to manage our employees expectations as well as provide the necessary training and resources required to support individuals within our businesses. In the UK for example, we provide training in a number of different languages including Tamil, Polish and Portuguese and offer English training to both native and non-native speakers, which benefits employees in their working environment and everyday lives.
