Our schemed programmes

The aim of AMS is to develop the future leaders of Bakkavor. We offer seven schemes focusing on different areas of the business and all schemes provide a fast track route to senior management. All schemes will provide you with exposure across the broader business including different product categories, different customers and different sites across the UK and possibly Europe.

You will need to be flexible with locations as our sites are located throughout the UK and your placements could take you from the south of England to Scotland.

All schemes are based on you completing a small number of placements in different business units doing real jobs from day one.

You get real responsibility from the start of your career with us.

You will receive tailored on job training and coaching supported by some off job programmes. Some of our schemes also offer sponsorship for you to study for a professional qualification. Whichever scheme you choose you will have the opportunity to develop a range of technical, professional, business, management and people skills.

You will be supported throughout your time on the scheme by your Line Manager. In addition all AMS candidates have a mentor, a senior manager within the specific function, who is able to provide you with technical and business support and guidance.
